COVID-19 Updates

To all of our past, present and future customers:

Your safety, as well as our own, is very important to us and we are taking this situation very seriously. Business will continue as usual, but in the event you don't feel well or are unable to come to the dealership, you can accomplish many of your necessary transactions with Dave Syverson's by the phone or online, including: shopping our inventory, scheduling a sales or service appointment, ordering parts, valuing your trade, and completing an online credit application.

Specific precautions and updates that we have taken here at Dave Syverson are as follows:

  • Service, Parts, and body shop will operate normal business hours while operating in compliance with the CDC and MDH guidelines.
  • Sales will operate by appointment only. Customers can set appointments via our website or by calling the dealership at 507-373-1438.
  • In addition to following guidelines we are also routinely sanitizing and disinfecting all areas of the store. We are also limiting the number of people that will be in the building including a smaller staff.
  • We can bring the vehicle of your choosing to you for a test drive.
  • We will sanitize the vehicle before bringing it to you and you can communicate with the salesperson at your home or work while practicing the level of social distancing that makes you comfortable.
  • We offer online credit approval as well as the option to communicate with one of our business managers via telephone, text, email, or video chat, including Facetime or Duo.
  • If there is a trade in involved we can pick up your trade in vehicle and have a remote trade appraisal done.
  • Once an agreement is reached we can ready the paperwork and deliver your new vehicle as well as the paperwork that needs to be signed along with one of our business managers and your sales professional.

Service Pick-Up and Delivery Service

  • Schedule your service appointment online or call us at 507-373-1438 and request pick-up and delivery
    • ??We will come to your place of work or home and pick up your vehicle for your service so you do not have to leave. If you need a loaner we can drop one offer for you when we pick up your car for service
    • We will complete the service on your car and deliver it back to you.
    • We  disinfect your vehicles common areas before returning it to you.

Pick-up and delivery service is complimentary for up to a 25 mile radius of our dealership.
